Yep Kitchen’s award-winning chilli crisp is packed with Sichuan flavours. It’s made with cold-pressed rapeseed oil, broad bean paste and dried chillies. Drizzle it over fried eggs or add a spoonful to a stir fry. This crunchy condiment improves everything it touches! 

Hot and spicy, chilli crisp is a great way to add heat to your dish. Mushroom powder and Sichuan pepper add to its complex savoury flavour. It’s endlessly versatile and great for marinades and dipping sauces. Serve it with dumplings, steamed fish or even pizza.

Enjoy Sichuan chilli crisp on its own or mix with mayo to make a spicy sandwich spread. For a quick dip, pair it with soy sauce and black vinegar. The hot, tangy sauce is great with wontons and fried squid.

About Yep Kitchen

Yep Kitchen condiments are inspired by the bold flavours of Southwest China. Founder Tom Palmer spent a decade living in China before founding the business in 2022. Each product is made in small batches with carefully sourced ingredients from Chengdu. The result? Umami-rich chilli oils and ferments bursting with ‘fiery goodness’.
