Sprinkle soy roasted sesame seeds over egg fried rice, steamed fish and Asian salads. The seeds are dry roasted to bring out their natural oils and give them a light, crisp texture. They are seasoned with soy sauce which gives them a salty, savoury flavour that adds a hit of umami to your dish.
