The primary ingredient is gochugaru (Korean chilli powder). Terre Exotique adds ginger and garlic for an authentic Asian flavour. The heat level is moderate so it won’t overpower your recipes.

When your kimchi is ready, you can serve it with grilled meat and fried rice. Add a spoonful to Korean stews or stuff it into bao buns. It’s a great addition to vegetarian meals with tofu and tempeh.

The spice blend’s hot, smoky flavour works well in stir fries and dipping sauces. Add a pinch to instant noodles or sprinkle it over a fried egg. You can also mix it with oil to marinade meat and fish.
