Description

Sprinkle Terre Exotique praline over cookies and ice cream. It adds crunch and sweetness to your favourite desserts.

Praline is made from sugar and caramelised hazelnut pieces. It’s a pantry staple for bakers and pastry chefs. You can add it to all kinds of baked goods, from brownies to buttery madeleines. Try folding praline through pastry to give it a crispy texture.

With its sweet and nutty flavour, praline is a delicious topping for creamy puddings. Scatter the golden pieces over cheesecakes and panna cotta. Or, add a handful to yoghurt with fresh berries.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
