Description

Sprinkle cheeselover’s pepper over your favourite fromage. Created by Terre Exotique, it’s designed to complement all kinds of cheese dishes.

The blend includes white Penja pepper, Sichuan pepper, sesame and garlic. Cumin and fenugreek add subtle earthy notes. The peppery flavour is fantastic with goat’s cheese and nutty Comté.

Serve cheeselover’s pepper in pinch pots with your cheeseboard. Or, mix it with cream cheese to spread on toasted bagels. It’s great in rich sauces for pasta and cauliflower cheese.

For an effortless starter, sprinkle cheese lover’s pepper over baked Camembert. Serve with crusty bread to dunk in the molten cheese. The peppery seasoning is perfect for fondue, too.

Try toasting the pepper in a hot, dry pan to release its flavour. It takes cacio e pepe to a whole new level.

The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller.
