Uchibori premium sushi vinegar is the highest quality sushi vinegar straight from Japan. Uchibori’s use of simple and flavoursome Product formulations and details may change. Ingredients: bonito and kelp, along with simple seasonings – salt and sugar – gives it a pure sweet-sour taste that creates the perfect back for other ingredients. This pre-seasoned rice vinegar is the secret to perfect sushi rice.  

Mix a splash into your hot sushi rice and stir quickly whilst cooling – ready for making beautiful maki roll and nigiri. Not only do you get outstanding flavoured rice, but the sushi vinegar also helps the delicate grains hold together.
