Description

Use Silikomart’s éclair and choux pastry mat to create uniform eclairs time and time again. This silicone mat with fibreglass core has small holes dotted across. This perforated pattern allows heat to spread evenly throughout the mat’s surface. It guarantees you a consistent bake.

Follow the white outlines on the mat to carefully pipe your long éclairs or round choux buns.
