ProQ’s home cured bacon kit has everything you need to make your own breakfast bacon. All you need is a smoking chamber – use your ProQ BBQ smoker, any kettle BBQ, or even any clean cabinet that can hold your meat. 

The set includes:

  • 3 flavours of bacon cure – sage & thyme, rosemary & thyme, traditional sweetcure
  • 2x meat hooks
  • 3x resealable curing bags
  • Muslin cloth
  • Full curing and smoking instructions

Includes enough cure and wood dust to smoke 3kg of bacon.
