Pariani’s “Nocciola Piemonte PGI” hazelnut paste is a luxurious way to top pancakes, panettone and brioche. Pariani uses Nocciola Piemonte hazelnuts – often considered the best variety in the world – to make the paste. The hazelnuts are shelled, ground, then refined into a paste – it’s 100% nuts giving an intense flavour and aroma.

Use this ultra-smooth paste to sandwich together macarons, drizzle over scoops of dark chocolate ice cream, or pair with creme patissiere, then use to fill profiteroles for an indulgent dessert. 

This 500g paste is perfect for professional kitchens.
