Description

Pariani’s chopped Sicilian almonds are a sweet finishing touch to florentines, chocolate truffles and cherry cakes. The finest Sicilian almonds are peeled and finely chopped to around 2-4mm. Roll chocolate truffles in the chopped almonds for a gentle bite, scatter over Bakewell tarts, or use to garnish berry-topped pavlovas.  

These chopped almonds also work well in savoury dishes – gently toast in a frying pan, then sprinkle over pesto linguine, or stir through couscous salads with dried fruit.

This 1kg bag is perfect for professional kitchens.
