Description
This hazelnut and coffee spread is produced in sunny Sicily. Pariani uses the finest Piemonte hazelnuts for a rich, nutty flavour. There’s a hint of vanilla and mellow sweetness from cane sugar.
Pariani adds micronized coffee made from arabica and robusta beans. The bold flavour of Italian coffee is a great match for earthy hazelnuts.
Use this creamy, nutty spread to flavour gelato and chocolate mousse. It’s a delicious filling for sponge cakes and macarons.
If that sounds like too much effort, simply spread it on sourdough toast. It makes a wonderfully indulgent breakfast. You could even stir a spoonful into hot chocolate.
