Description
Use this medium-ground cornmeal to make all sorts of dishes, from Punjabi corn rotis and cornmeal muffins to traditional Italian polenta or Mexican tortillas. The flour also makes a good alternative to breadcrumbs, or a wonderful golden crust to cornmeal to chicken or meat – dip flattened chicken fillets into plain flour, then egg, and cornmeal before repeating the process and frying.
