Morelli linguine integrali is an organic wholemeal pasta. It has a nutty and robust taste that can stand up to big flavours. Wholemeal pasta is a nutritious, fibre-rich alternative to white pasta.
Linguine is a long, flat pasta shape from Liguria, Italy. The silky strands are ideal for light sauces and seafood pasta dishes. Pair it with prawns, garlic, tomatoes and chilli for a speedy supper. Or, toss it with ‘nduja cream and top with torn burrata.
Morelli pasta is bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. This is the secret to the rough surface that helps sauces to cling.
Cooking time: 5-6 minutes.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from cereals.
