Description
Use Marianna’s organic vine leaves in brine to complete a Greek meze and make dolmadakia. Dolmadakia, more commonly known as stuffed vine leaves, are a traditional greek small plate that consists of seasoned rice that is wrapped in these fermented leaves. These leaves are grown in Halkidiki in Greece before they are preserved just hours after picking.
Soak the brine off these vine leaves before gently wrapping around small oblongs of rice. They also work wonderfully for wrapping small fish and seafood, such as sardines or prawns.
