Add sweet tea and water to the glass jar, add the kombucha starter (available separately) and ferment, then start sipping.

The top lid comes with a carbon felt insert that catches odours during fermentation, leaving you with a cleaner brew. This set includes two additional filters – it’s recommended you change them after 2-3 months of use. 

Kombucha fermentation can last from seven days to a few weeks. The built-in fermentation clock lets you keep track of how long yours has been brewing for. The wooden stand and spout makes it even easier to enjoy your tea drink. Place a bottle, jar or cup under the tap and pour as much or as little as you like.
