Kalios green olive mezze is made from plump Chalkidiki olives. Grown in southern Greece, these green olives have a bold, fruity flavour.
The olives are crushed and sieved to remove the skins and stones. The result is a smooth, rich spread with intense olive flavour. Pair it with cheese, vegetables and pita for a delicious, no-fuss starter.
Green olive mezze is perfect for snacking and spreading on crostini. You can also use it to flavour sauces and stews. Mix it with oil, garlic and herbs to create a Mediterranean marinade. It’s fantastic on cod or a rack of lamb.
