Description

Kalios green olive mezze is made from plump Chalkidiki olives. Grown in southern Greece, these green olives have a bold, fruity flavour. 

The olives are crushed and sieved to remove the skins and stones. The result is a smooth, rich spread with intense olive flavour. Pair it with cheese, vegetables and pita for a delicious, no-fuss starter.

Green olive mezze is perfect for snacking and spreading on crostini. You can also use it to flavour sauces and stews. Mix it with oil, garlic and herbs to create a Mediterranean marinade. It’s fantastic on cod or a rack of lamb.

This spread is part of a range of artisan Greek mezze. They are made by hand by a family-run company in Greece. Discover flavours like artichoke, sun-dried tomato and eggplant.

Free from additives and preservatives, Kalios mezze is a delicious addition to your pantry. Keep a few jars in stock for when guests drop in unannounced.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within seven days.

About Kalios

Kalios was founded by brothers Grégory and Pierre-Julien Chantzios in 2009. Their family has been producing Greek olive oil for eight generations. Prized for its low bitterness, their oil is favoured by top chefs around the world.

The company also sources Greek specialities from small producers. Discover exceptional honey, sauces and condiments, mezze and dried herbs.
