Description
Simmer chicken thighs or diced lamb in Gymkhana’s madras cooking sauce. Originating from south India, it has a rich, tangy flavour.
Madras curry has a bold taste and moderate spice level. The sauce is slow cooked for hours to create layers of flavour. Tomatoes, onions and garlic form the base, while tamarind adds gentle tang. Gymkhana adds Kashmiri chillies and earthy spices for warming heat.
Add your chosen ingredients and simmer until cooked through. You can enjoy a restaurant-quality curry in as little as 20 minutes. Serve with basmati rice and flaky paratha to mop up the spicy sauce.
