Description

This natural lemon juice, also known as lemon puree or pure pour lemon, is a versatile ingredient in cocktail making. Try using lemon juice to make a Lynchburg lemonade with bourbon and triple sec or a Lemon Bon-Bon cocktail with schnapps and vodka. Lemon juice is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from lemon meringue tarts to lemon curds. 

Funkin purees and juices contain only the best fruit from around the world – no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This lemon juice is made from the finest Sicilian lemons. The Primo Fiori and Vernas varieties combine to give the best fresh citrus taste.The purees and juices come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
