This Greek spread is a delicious addition to a mezze platter. It combines the delicate taste of cod with a hefty kick of garlic.
The spread is made in Chalkidiki in northern Greece. We love its smooth, creamy texture and bold flavour. Serve it with olives, halloumi and keftedes for a Mediterranean ‘picky tea’. Or, serve it as a dip for crispbreads and crudités.
This rich, garlicky spread has an authentic Greek flavour. Try spreading it on warm flatbreads and top with crunchy chopped salad. It’s a great alternative to tzatziki and taramasalata.
