There are six unique flavours to discover. Pear jam gets an aniseed kick from fennel seeds, while grapefruit jam is infused with gin. Buddha’s hand, a Japanese citrus fruit, gives the mango jam a bright, fresh acidity.

These mini jams are a great addition to cheese and charcuterie boards. Pair the cava jam with aged Manchego, or olive oil jam with nutty Gruyère.
