Cool Chile Co’s chipotle in adobo paste will add warm, smoky heat to your favourite Mexican dishes. The smooth blend of chipotle chillies and tangy tomato paste adds instant depth of flavour to soups, sauces and meaty stews. With its unique smoky flavour, it’s a store cupboard staple for fans of Mexican and Latin American cooking. 

Chipotles in adobo are packed with flavour so you only need a small amount to give your dish a kick. Try mixing the paste with olive oil and garlic to marinade chicken thighs, vegetables or fish for the barbecue. Blend it with butter for basting grilled corn on the cob or add to baked eggs for a Mexican-inspired brunch.

This smoky chilli paste will add extra zing to your sauces and salsas. You can swirl it through mayonnaise, mix a spoonful with homemade ketchup or add it to a fresh tomato salsa to serve with tacos. You can also use this when making Aztec Soup (Sopa de Tortilla.)

Dodie Miller, founder of Cool Chile Co, believes that there are certain warm, earthy flavours and smells that instantly transport you to Mexico.
