Description

This Italian arborio risotto rice is a great choice for risottos because the kernels are high in starch which creates a creamy, smooth texture when cooked. The medium-length grains can absorb a lot of water, but still retain a good ‘bite’ and don’t become stodgy. 

Use the arborio rice to make a classic truffled mushroom risotto, or pair it with fresh peas, mint and a grating of Pecorino cheese for a light and refreshing dish.
