Casa Marrazzo’s grilled artichokes are a great addition to an Italian antipasti platter. Just add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to enhance their nutty, slightly smoky flavour. They’re also delicious on crostini with a scattering of flaky sea salt. 

In Italy, artichokes in oil are a store cupboard staple used in a wide variety of dishes. You can add them to pizzas before baking or roast them to add to salads and sandwiches. For a speedy supper, toss them with buttery lemon linguine and top with plenty of Parmesan cheese.

About Casa Marrazzo

Casa Marrazzo dates back to 1934, and in its eight decades has grown from a small family farm to a proudly artisan producer of tinned vegetables. As well as classic red tomatoes, discover the brand’s tinned Italian broccoli, San Marzano tomato jam and beautiful yellow tomatoes.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within three days.
