Description

Casa Marrazzo’s grilled courgette (or zucchini) in oil are a flavourful addition to pizzas, omelettes, salads and Italian antipasti platters. Better known as courgettes in the UK, the versatile vegetable can be served on crostini with creamy goat’s cheese or tossed through pasta with smoky pancetta. 

Try adding the grilled courgette to a pot of braised cannellini beans and finish with a squeeze of lemon and grated Parmesan. The slow-cooked beans are wonderful on toasted sourdough or as an accompaniment to grilled fish.

About Casa Marrazzo

Casa Marrazzo dates back to 1934, and in its eight decades has grown from a small family farm to a proudly artisan producer of tinned vegetables. As well as classic red tomatoes, discover the brand’s tinned Italian broccoli, San Marzano tomato jam and beautiful yellow tomatoes.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within three days.
