Description

Alpenzu’s raspberry preserve is a sweet berry jam, made in the Italian Alps. Made with 75% raspberries and grape juice concentrate, this no added sugar preserve is bursting with intense fruit flavour. Spread the preserve over buttered croissants, sandwich it between golden sponge cakes for a classic Victoria sponge, or serve it with a classic dessert of the Italian Alps, deep-fried pastry coils dusted with icing sugar.  

Enjoy a taste of Italy’s mountainous produce with Alpenzu’s jams, spreads, sauces and vinegars. Based in Valle d’Aosta, a region of northwest Italy bordered by France and Switzerland, Alpenzu has been creating the finest preserves since 2001. The combination of modern technology alongside ancient traditions, family recipes and local ingredients is what makes Alpenzu’s range extra special.
