ABC+ mackerel fillets in curry sauce are the perfect lunchtime treat. Caught off the Portuguese coast, the fillets are prepared and packed by hand. The tender fillets are covered in a creamy curry sauce. 

Inspired by the flavours of India, the sauce has a mild heat that doesn’t overwhelm the fish. If you’re trying to increase your oily fish intake, this is a delicious way to do it. Enjoy the mackerel straight from the tin or warm it gently on the hob.

Mackerel’s mild, briny flavour is a great match for Indian spices. Serve the fillets on toasted bread or spoon over rice. They’re a fantastic addition to grain bowls with roasted vegetables.
